Ordered from here twice, both times they delivered cheap versions of what I ordered, replacing flowers like roses with cheaper alternatives or skipping them all together. So after second time I complaint. Ken (have no idea who he is, manager or not, he never actually mentioned it) went to the recipient and discussed the complaint with her! Counted that there were two not one rose (btw on the picture on their website there were at least three) and then requested the old bouquet back, so his whole apology was to actually deliver what I ordered from the start and then embarrass me in front of recipient second time around (first when they sent her cheap version of the bouquet I actually ordered (I paid $180 for flowers with chocolate and a teddy bear) and then when he stood there discussing with her that there were one more rose in the bouquet that one can't see from the picture recipient sent me (when she was thanking me for the flowers)). I'm sorry but this is the very definition of an extremely poor service. And he keeps coming with ridiculous excuses blaming recipient for a bad photo and such, clearly completely oblivious that he keeps making situation much much worse and only reassures now not just me but the recipient as well as to just how poor their service is. Disgusted by dealing with this company and Ken as the representative of this sad excuse of a flower shop. And to think that I actually deleted my original 1 star review to give them a chance to make amends, but they only confirmed that they absolutely deserve 1 star review and nothing better than that. Awful, horrible experience, be warned.
